1. General Provisions
This Agreement is an official public offer (the “Offer”) of [Name of the Driving School], hereinafter referred to as the “Driving School”, to enter into an agreement for the provision of services for the training of drivers of motor vehicles of categories A / B / C / D (hereinafter — the “Services”) under the terms specified below.
Anyone who accepts the terms of this Agreement and pays for the Services is automatically considered to have joined it (accepted the Offer) in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement is an official public offer (the “Offer”) of [Name of the Driving School], hereinafter referred to as the “Driving School”, to enter into an agreement for the provision of services for the training of drivers of motor vehicles of categories A / B / C / D (hereinafter — the “Services”) under the terms specified below.
Anyone who accepts the terms of this Agreement and pays for the Services is automatically considered to have joined it (accepted the Offer) in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

3. Procedure for the Provision of Services
3.1. Training is conducted according to approved curricula and programs that comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
3.2. Theoretical and practical classes may be conducted in the Driving School’s classrooms or in an online format (if such an option is available).
3.3. The student must attend classes, complete the instructors’ assignments, and comply with the internal rules of the Driving School.
